One event noted concerning a woman being cut out of a vehicle unknown
if the woman or vehicle was cut in the attempt to dislodge from the
tree - since storm communication is not fully restored to know what
the over damage is in hard hit area of SC NC VA WV DC MD NJ -

and cars and causing power outagesin avondale.
firefighters had to cut woman out of a car after a large
water oak tree fell on her car on st.johns avenue and
