Test the Waters with a Temp

You've put blood, sweat and tears into growing your business and
you're doing it all on your own. Now, business is booming and you're
finding it difficult to keep up, but you're nervous about bringing on
a full-time employee. How can you assess your need for full-time
assistance with minimal risk? Hire a temp. Define the tasks you'd
like help with short-term and bring in temporary help to test. If you
find that you keep them occupied and your business continues to grow,
the decision to bring someone on permanently becomes an easy one.
