MINIMUM CLEARANCE REQUIRED: Must possess an active Top Secret
clearance with the ability to obtain an SCI .
Description:
Responsibilities:
*. Senior support analyst to USFF/TTGL in matters of programand policy
pertaining to training air defense of USN units, SGs and TFs;
strategic and regional BMD; and the communications systems and
requirements supporting air defense and BMD
*. Coordinate and liaise with numbered fleets, type commands
(COMNAVSURFOR, COMNAVAIRFOR, COMSUBFOR, NECC, CYBERFOR), systems
commands (SPAWAR, NAVSEA, NAVAIR, CYBERCOM), and OPNAV in matters
relating to training air defense and BMD, including communications
*. Assist in the development of training requirements for air defense,
BMD and communications, including development of NMETs/JMETs
*. Assist in training policy documents and instruction development and
modification
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
*. Significant experience with BMD requirements, specializing in
maritime force capabilities including knowledge of all aspects of
global missile defense, roles, responsibilities, and functions of U.S.
Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM)/ Joint Functional Component Command for
Integrated Missile Defense (JFCC-IMD), U.S. Northern Command
(USNORTHCOM)
*. Knowledge of all ground-based midcourse defense (GMD) elements,
Aegis ashore program
*. Knowledge of theater area air defense commander (AADC), air
operations center (AOC), and Army Patriot/ terminal high-altitude area
defense (THAAD) standard operational procedures and simulation systems
*. Current and thorough understanding of BMD doctrine, TTPs in all
missions; homeland defense/long range surveillance and tactics
(LRS&T), theater/regional active defense, and sea-based terminal
defense
*. Significant active duty experience that includes SG and recent NF
staff experience
*. Qualified as a surface warfare officer (SWO) and tactical
actionofficer on an Aegis platform with an in depth understanding of
the Aegis weapon system capabilitiesand employment
*. Experienced in the Navy composite warfare commander concept with
superior knowledge in air defense, BMD; Navy strike warfare and high
knowledge in all other Navy warfare areas
*. Experience in a Navy decision-making billet serving as a
warfarecommander or one of his principalsubordinates within the
composite warfare commander construct
*. Bachelor of Arts or Science is required

faster way to lose customers than making promises that you cannot
keep. This is true whether you are quoting a price on a project,
offering to have a product delivered on a certain day or stating
project specifications. Say what you are going to do and do what you
say.
