States to Creasent City in The Northwest Coast of California - current
winds are recorded gust of 46 miles per hour at Newport Oregon - some
progress of movement inland to East side of The Cascades of Washington
and Oregon to mid central of both States but on the other hand the
slowing of the frontal band has reached to near Creasent City
California - the delay of Southwest side of The Low is a sign either a
decrease or a increase of activity in Central California and Western
