Surface low and associate frontal activity has push into Southwestern
Wyoming with gusts in excess of 60 miles a hour but lacking upper
support Dew points in Central Montana and Southern Canada north of Cut
Bank Montana are currently 12 degrees - but again the dry air no
support for any - leading of forecast model for the cut off low - in
that on Radar show that precipitation is somewhat stationary Just West
of the Crest of The Central Sierra Nevada - if one look close on cloud
stop is/was West of Lake Tahoe for a number of hours - common
stationary for this type of air mass - if any east trek of the Low
shall come in on a up stream trough but again timing of such is not
