stage was...19.9feet / 4900 cfs. * flood stage is 20.0 feet and flood
flow is 5000 cfs. * minor flooding is occurring. *forecast...this
river crested at 20.1 ftat 6 Pm Thursday. This river will remain
around 20.0 feet through the night and then fall below flood stage
Friday morning. * impact...above 20.0 ft...expect widespread low land
and agricultural flooding. Some structures along the river may begin
to flood.
